The drawing is very clean and the linework flows well, especially in Fluttershy's hair. The drawing is definitely pleasing to the eye. The coloring is superb and the shading is dead on. I also really like how it sticks close to the original character design, but there are obvious hints of your own style, especially in her face.
Probably the main problem with this is the scale. Angel Bunny is much too large compared to fluttershy. Also, unless the bear is standing a good bit away from them, which being that it looks like he was just handed a piece of toast I don't think this is the case, the snout looks a little on the small side, but that may be my own perception. Obviously that's a small gripe compared to Angel's scale.
All in all this is a great piece. The vision is quite clear and the execution is near flawless. The strongest part of this work is definitely the coloring and shading. Keep up the good work.
Okay, first critique, let's see if I can do this right.
First off, love the setting. We have a nice picnic with tea, honey, Paddington Bear with his marmalade bread (joke!), and it's a typical day for a good outdoor picnic.
The shading is well done; the shadows are cast where they should be.
Finally...well, not much else. The only thing I have a problem with are Angel Bunny's eyes. The white dot in the middle of them is...unnerving.
All in all, a fine piece of art. You do our yellow pegasus justice.

And yes, I shall join the party, Fluttershy.
